White water raft trips, kayak instruction, fly fishing, custom groups, special events: Our job is to make it easy for your group to come play with us!

Group Planning can be fun with us!

Check List for Group Planning:

  • Trip Information and Waiver Forms are provided to help you get everyone set up. We strongly recommend that children rafting without parents have their waivers signed by their parents ahead of time, although a responsible adult may sign for a minor.
  • Share our pricing and sign Up Information with your group so that everyone knows the river they will be on, the price and whether or not they need to call in individually and pay for their reservation. Also make sure that individuals are aware of our cancellation policy.
  • We encourage you to create a Group Sign Up Sheet in order to keep track of who has/has not signed up yet. And we will help you with head counts ahead of time so that you know who has called in individually and paid.
  • Make sure that you have your accommodations confirmed ahead of time. Reference our accommodations page for many of the wonderful places to stay during your trip.
  • If you have non-river participants c oming along for the day, there are so many great things to do in our area. Share with them our More Things to Do in the Area information.
  • Getting a group to arrive at one spot at a certain time can be stressful for a group planner. Make sure and share our trip planning and driving directions with those who will be driving separately. And remind everyone that we do have specific launch times making punctuality important.
  • Photos of the trip are key. If participants are bringing cameras, they need to be waterproof.  Professional photos are taken on each of the rivers we share with you.
